Accessibility
Information about using the reimbursement portal with accessibility needs.
Our approach
The reimbursement portal is intended to be usable across desktop, tablet and mobile devices and to support people using common accessibility features.
Using the service
The portal is designed to support:
- keyboard navigation through key forms and controls;
- clear headings and page structure;
- form labels and readable validation messages;
- responsive layouts for mobile and tablet screens;
- browser zoom and text resizing; and
- clear visual distinction between actions, status information and errors.
Documents
Some documents uploaded by applicants may not be fully accessible because they originate outside the portal. Where you cannot access information needed for your case, use Contact Support and identify the relevant case reference.
Report an accessibility problem
If part of the portal is difficult to use, send details through Contact Support. Include the page or function affected and describe the difficulty encountered.
Continuous improvement
Portal performance and user experience may be reviewed over time so that usability and accessibility issues can be identified and addressed.
