Terms of Use
The conditions that apply when accessing and using the reimbursement portal.
1. Use of the portal
This portal is provided for the submission, management and communication of passport payment reimbursement requests handled by the Tanzania Immigration Department.
2. Accurate information
Users must provide information that is complete and accurate to the best of their knowledge. Documents uploaded to the portal should relate to the reimbursement request being submitted.
3. Account security
Users must keep their account credentials secure and should not allow another person to use their account. Suspicious login or account activity may be recorded and reviewed.
4. Permitted use
The portal must not be used to submit malicious files, interfere with the service, gain unauthorised access, misuse another person's information or attempt to bypass portal security controls.
5. Portal communications
Messages, notices and document requests issued through the portal may form part of the reimbursement case record. Users should review their account and registered email address for relevant updates.
6. Availability
The Department may maintain, update, restrict or temporarily suspend parts of the portal where required for security, maintenance or service administration.
7. Official information
Where another official Tanzania Immigration service is required, users should follow links provided through the portal or visit the official Immigration Department website.
